Cane icing sugar (may contain anti-caking agent – see pack for details).

 

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep tightly closed or transfer to an airtight container to avoid moisture and lumps.

 

Usage
Sieve before use for best results. Mix with a little water, milk, or butter to create smooth icings and frostings, or sprinkle directly over cakes and desserts as a finishing touch.
